Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern use of Notifa's website, beta application, reminders and integrations. By using Notifa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service and eligibility

Notifa helps users create and manage personal, family and work reminders. Features may include recurrence, notification timing, contacts, recipients, Google Calendar integration and conversational assistance. Features may change during beta.

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Accounts and content

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and actions under your account. You retain rights to your content and grant Notifa only permissions necessary to store, process, display and deliver it as you direct. Do not upload content you are not authorized to use.

Reminder delivery

You must review recipient, date, time, timezone, message and notification options. Delivery is not guaranteed at an exact time or at all. Network outages, third-party providers, rate limits, device settings and other conditions may affect delivery. A delivered message does not mean it was read or acted upon.

Do not rely on Notifa as the sole safeguard for emergencies or safety-critical, medical, financial or similarly consequential obligations.

Contacts and recipient consent

You are responsible for having any consent or lawful basis necessary to store recipient details and send them reminders. Do not send spam, unauthorized marketing, threats, harassment or fraudulent messages. Notifa may limit usage to protect recipients and services.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar connection is optional. Notifa currently requests read-only Calendar access and may display selected events and let you create Notifa reminders manually from events. Notifa does not own Google Calendar data and does not create, change or delete Google Calendar events with read-only access. You can disconnect or revoke permission at any time. Google's own terms govern your use of Google services.

Third-party integrations

Authentication, cloud, AI, Calendar and messaging providers are independent services. Their availability and terms may change. Notifa cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party operation.

Acceptable use

• Do not violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate others or send fraudulent or misleading messages.
• Do not send spam, harassment, threats or unauthorized bulk messaging.
• Do not bypass authorization, quotas or security controls, interfere with infrastructure, or attempt to access others' data.
• Do not distribute malicious code or use the service in a way that endangers other users or recipients.

Beta status and feedback

Notifa is in beta and may contain errors, incomplete features, outages or experimental functionality. We may change or remove beta features as necessary. Beta access does not promise future functionality or commercial availability.

You may voluntarily submit feedback. We may use suggestions to improve Notifa without compensation; this does not transfer ownership of your private content.

Suspension and service changes

We may suspend access reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, comply with law or secure the service. You may stop using Notifa at any time. Features may be modified and material policy changes will be communicated as appropriate.

Disclaimers and liability

The beta service is offered on an 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or timely delivery of every reminder. To the extent legally permitted, Notifa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from missed reminders or interruptions. Mandatory legal and consumer protections remain unaffected.

Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law. We may update these Terms and publish a new effective date; we will provide notice of material changes where appropriate.
